This 42 Symbol Motoryacht was custom built for her present owner, SYS managed the construction and commissioning.
Equipped and built for cruising; single 330 HP Cummins engine for reliability and best economy, bow thruster for easy docking and stabilizers for a smooth ride.
A semi-displacement hull design with simulated planking lines, deep keel for prop protection and directional stability; roomy enclosed fly bridge, aft deck for lounging and wide safe side decks with S/S hand rails.
Interior features a large saloon with lower station and STBD door to deck, galley down and under forward windows for best natural light. Forward guest stateroom with v-berths, large guest head and large shower stall. Custom-Owners’ full beam stateroom aft, unique double berth to STBD and single berth to port; owners head with shower stall, opening port and overhead hatch.
This 42 Symbol is a roomy, comfortable, economical cruising boat whether your plans are to cruise south or the Great Loop.

Saloon features a large U-shaped settee to STBD that will convert to a single berth for the occasional guest. Across from the settee is a custom teak storage cabinet and convenient stairway to sun deck/flybridge. The PORT forward section of the saloon features a step down U-shaped galley, TV cabinet, STBD & Port?doors to side deck and lower helm station with full instrumentation. The cabin soles are teak & holly. Windows are tinted glass with blinds. All bulkheads are matched teak with satin varnish, all interior furniture is custom grain-matched teak - satin varnish finished.? overhead lighting featured in all cabins with wall switches.
Owners stateroom features a, en suite head/separate shower, cultured marble vanity top, five S/S opening ports, carpet, TV/VCR cabinet, two cedar lined hanging lockers,? drawers,? berth side table, storage cabinets and custom teak furniture providing warmth/ambiance. This owners stateroom is very spacious because her stateroom extends full beam - great hideaway for reading, relaxing or TV.

Sole is teak and holly. Galley has a very open feel because of the overhead forward windshield windows above.
