The fresh water tank is a structural part of the boat. Two pumps setted in the engine room
distribute the fresh water to the appliances. It is possible to take the fresh water directly
from the dock without using the autoclave.
The WC system uses fresh water. The hot water is produced by two independent boilers 50 lt. each 220V. There are two salt-water outlets with ball gate valves on the deck for the fire-fighting system. The salt water system is produced by a single dynamic seawater intake on the stern with a single interception valve. Each user can be cut off by valves putted near the user itself.

gearboxes. The propulsion is given by 2xMJP 450 waterjets with bucket and hydraulic
steering system. The coupling between the inverter flange and the internal transmission
flange is made with elastic joint of adequate dimensions.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
It is subdivided into three sections
1) 24 V service system utilizes regulation cables and is powered by 500 Amp/h hermetical
batteries that are recharged by the engine generator set or by two-battery charger or by
the generators or by the shore power.
2) Engine starter system utilizes regulation cables and is powered by two lead hermetical
battery groups that are paralleled to provide a total of 480 Amp/h and that are recharged
from the engine generator or by two battery charger or by the generators or by the shore
power. A battery paralleling system allows, by means of the service batteries, the main
engines to be started up even when the engine starter batteries are dead.
3) 220V, 50 Hz system powered by two nr. 2 generators or by the shore power. The
circuits powered by this system are the battery charger, the boiler, the various electrical
outlets, and the electrical appliances in the galley, the air conditioning system, and the TV
system. There is also a 12V system that is used for the navigation equipment, the stereo
system and anything else that does not run at 24V. The control panel for the appliances on board is located at the dashboard and it is equipped with brush-switches and digital
gauges. The 220V and 24V main power panel is located in the engine room with circuit breakers and fuses, while secondary switchboards for the appliances are installed in the cabins. The boat has brush-switches only.

Special offer
The normal brokerage model foresees that the seller pays a certain percentage of the total prize to the broker. This constitutes an implicit, but powerful incentive for the broker to close at the highest prize acceptable to the buyer.
As we percieve ourselvrs as acting powerfully in the best interest of our client, we deveoped a different remuneration model that assures the congruence of interests between buyer and broker. According to this model the broker receives 25% of the diffrence between the asking and the eventual selling prize. This means that the broker doesnt damage his own interesrs by reducing the prize as much as possible - to the contrary the interest of both sides are, for the first time, optimally alligned.
We would like to stress, that this alternative remuneration model is not mandatory, but constitutes a special offer to our clients. ie??
